Be more like Sophia Loren. You are here to do great things, do the hard things, have adventures, love your body, and take care of your people. No one has time for dieting or body shaming.
Now, more than ever, it is time to

optimize your physical and mental wellbeing, nourish yourself properly, and nurture your relationships.
The self-love diet is the exception to the "one size fits none" wise nutritionist mantra. A surefire way to elevate your diet (and make it sustainable) is to bring more love to your relationship with food. When you believe that you're worth caring for, you'll instinctively put your health and body first. Nina Simone sang, "You've got to learn to leave the table when love's no longer being served." When you start loving yourself more, you'll naturally choose to serve yourself with food and people that nourish you. Stay at that table! I'm educated and trained in the physiological aspect of food, but I am equally knowledgeable and invested in the psychology of eating. Here's to helping women fix their sh*tty relationship with food and their bodies. I'm all in.
